From a designer-done residence on Hong Kong’s Lamma Island to a rustic villa in Uruguay, here’s a look at what about $4 million buys right now on Forbes Global Properties

Mo Tat Wan, Lamma Island, Hong Kong

Located on the northeastern part of Lamma Island, Mo Tat Wan is a small village popular among adventure-seekers thanks to its mountain trails and beautiful beaches. This three-story residence takes in spectacular sea views from its perch along the coast.
