Michael Jordan now has two luxury homes on the market. In addition to his Chicago-area home, which has been on the market for over seven years, Jordan recently listed his Park City, Utah “retreat” for $7.5 million. Built in 2006, the former Chicago Bulls star purchased the 9,574-square-foot house in 2007 for $7.9 million.

The hillside property includes 5 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and numerous cascading waterfalls, not to mention a golf simulator, stadium seating theater, multiple private terraces, and an infinity pool. According to the property listing, the home’s furnishings are also available for purchase.

Jordan’s former 32,683-square-foot home in Highland Park (exterior gate pictured below) has remained without a buyer for the last seven years. The Highland Park property is listed at $14,855,000.
