Real Estate

San Francisco, Calif.  — Paramount Group, Inc. and SRE Group Ltd., today unveiled a first look at final renderings of the highly anticipated new luxury waterfront community, One Steuart Lane, located in San Francisco’s Embarcadero. Renderings include photorealistic views of residences and private outdoor living spaces, which boast breathtaking views from 20 stories above the San Francisco Bay.

Slated to open in early 2021, the latest images offer a visual walkthrough of interiors designed by Molteni Group and Liaigre, as well as a first look at the amenity collection designed by renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), in partnership with amenity-space interiors by Rottet Studio. Each of the 120 residences will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and over nine-foot ceiling heights designed to “optimize the colors that radiate off the water’s edge,” according to a joint press statement.

Residences range from one- to three-bedrooms (900 to 3,000 square feet) and start at approximately $1.6 million. Select penthouses, measuring up to 6,000 square feet, will also be available (penthouse pricing is not yet available). Additionally, 12 terrace residences will include fluid indoor/outdoor living spaces, with sliding glass panels extending the living room out to adjoining private balconies and expansive 40-foot wraparound terraces. According to Paramount Group, this design is “a never-before-seen residential offering for the city of San Francisco” and speaks to a new luxury market emerging in San Francisco.

A highly curated collection of amenities and services will include a residents’ lounge with full kitchen, dining and outdoor gathering spaces, and 24-hour concierge services. A comprehensive amenities program will feature a private fitness center, spa with water therapy showers and sauna, an outdoor sun terrace, and a 4,500-square-foot retail space.

“One Steuart Lane is a masterclass in elevation,” says Craig W. Hartman, Senior Consulting Design Partner at SOM in San Francisco, “from the ambitious urban design of the building, to the timeless stone exterior, and collaboration with Rottet Studio…the final vision encapsulates the understated and authentic beauty of the Bay.” One Steuart Lane is also on track to receive LEED® Gold certification for its minimally reflective, ultra-clear glass façade, which utilizes the abundant sunlight and local climate to passively heat the residences and reduce energy consumption.

One Steuart Lane is currently under construction with an anticipated completion in early 2021. The sales gallery will open in early 2020.
