The team marketing an oceanfront property in South Florida is looking to attract buyers for a $30 million penthouse and a $22 million furnished residence by offering a Lamborghini yacht and SUV to the new owners.

Pordes Residential, the sales team for Regalia Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., in Miami-Dade County, has partnered with Prestige Imports | Lamborghini Miami and Prestige Marine to include a Lamborghini Iguana Yacht with the purchase of the 46th-floor penthouse, and a 2021 Lamborghini URUS SUV with the purchase of the third-floor unit, being marketed as a beach house.

“The standard of luxury and expertise set by the Prestige Imports team has a natural harmony with the lifestyle at Regalia residences,” said Mark Pordes of Pordes Residential in a statement announcing the promotion. “This never-before-done partnership adds another layer of limited edition living that we are offering at these exceptional homes.”

The tower, developed by the Brazilian entrepreneur Gilberto Bomeny and designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, includes 39 full-floor units with balconies. The penthouse was the most expensive condo in Sunny Isles and among the top-five highest-priced in Miami, when it was set to be listed in 2016.

Earlier this year, one of the Regalia developers, and owner of the penthouse and beach house, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. As part of a court settlement, the developer has until August 2021 to sell the units and settle debts linked to the property.

The three-story penthouse has just under 11,000 square feet of interior space, including five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half baths, as well as a movie theater, wine cellar and glass elevator. An additional 6,000 square feet of outdoor space features a roof deck with a pool and an outdoor kitchen.

The six-bedroom, two-story beach house comes in at over 10,500 square feet with an additional 6,500 square feet of outdoor space, with an oceanfront infinity pool and cabanas.

This isn’t the first time Regalia has added special perks in an effort to entice buyers. In 2017, they offered to throw in a rare pink diamond with the purchase of the penthouse, which at the time was listed for $39 million.

The partnership with Prestige Imports also follows a similar promotion by the nearby Aston Martin Residences, which is offering special editions of the Aston Martin DBX or DB11 with the purchase of one of 38 Signature condos, which range in price from $5.3 million to $7.7 million.
