A stunning property dubbed Mont Blanc in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is on the market with a $14.995 million price tag, claiming the title of the most expensive new construction single-family home for sale in the Florida Panhandle.

It would not be an exaggeration to say that the lavish home in Northwest Florida is the ultimate beach retreat. The property offers breathtaking views of the emerald green waters and crystal white shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico.

The 9,051-square-foot home was created to be resilient and a safe haven in the face of nature’s powerful forces. Resilience starts with the fortified poured concrete and block construction. Thirty feet above sea level, the house meets the stringent standards of Miami-Dade County’s hurricane code, including impact-resistant windows and doors.

“This beautiful home was designed to serve an area in the luxury market in Northwest Florida that did not previously exist,” said Jonathan Spears of Sotheby’s International Realty, who is co-listing the property with Blake Morar.

Spears added, “It pioneers a new segment of legacy property on Highway 30-A. The vision for its development was to meet the second home or primary home requirement of a multigenerational family that enjoys retreating to the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Santa Rosa Beach. It’s specifically designed to host multiple generations of family members with its multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces and six separated bedroom suites.”

The top floor deck is finished with mature Ipe decking, which surrounds the rooftop pool. Ipe wood is considered to be the longest-lasting hardwood in the world. Other notable features include a private beach walkover, custom marble and hardwood flooring throughout the home, hand-hewn oak beams and eucalyptus wood accents.

The front elevation is anchored by a courtyard entryway showcasing sculptural architectural details as well as a tranquil water feature and lush Mediterranean foliage. The private courtyard entry is flanked by three oversize garage stalls that seamlessly blend into the facade and provide ample space for additional storage.

Mont Blanc is more than 30 feet above sea level and offers panoramic views from the first-floor living area highlighted by an expansive Euro-Wall door system that offers an indoor-outdoor living concept pairing the first-floor living space with the resort-style private pool deck.

The rear deck is the ideal setting to decompress fully while lounging by the resort-style pool. An expansive covered patio overlooks the white sand beach complete with in-pool dining as well as space for a full outdoor kitchen.

The first level includes a full king suite complete with en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower as well as a separate laundry area, pool bathroom, commercial ice maker and additional storage.

Each of the four vertical floors benefits from the spiral design of the staircase, which allows natural light to stream through. The staircase is clad in hand-troweled Venetian plaster with scalloped edges and topped with solid oak treads. It is suspended by engineered steel pins that attach to the surrounding concrete and stone walls.

The second floor is ideal for entertaining with a spacious living area and 180-degree views over the Gulf of Mexico with a cozy gas fireplace as well as an adjacent chef’s kitchen and adjoining scullery with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The second level also includes a half bathroom for guests as well as two large king suites, each with an en suite bathroom as well as a bunk room with an en suite bathroom.

The master level occupies the southeastern portion of the third floor and is a true sanctuary characterized by a distinct spa-like master bathroom complete with heated seating in the steam shower, a private massage and body scrub table, and a rotund wall of windows capturing panoramic gulf views with a western sunset orientation.

The huge master closet features custom cabinetry and storage. In addition to a laundry station, other amenities include a wet bar, sauna and fitness room.
