Real Estate

It isn’t just the cars that should catch your eye for this home in Beverly Hills Flats. The Fendi-designed kitchen, the Hermes-designed chandelier, quartz marble driveway and elevator lined with crocodile leather are also worth mentioning. Asking $45 million, which would break all on-market records for the Flats by almost double if it achieves that price, the property comes on the market tomorrow from Compass and is being reported exclusively here. The five bedroom, 10 bathroom new build designed by Roman James centers around an inner courtyard with a mature olive tree as the focal point of the home. Tall hedgerows line the property, which also comes with an additional guest house, pool with water and fire features, and a dual entry security gate for an extra barrier to the prying eyes of the public.

But if you are interested in the cars, there are four very specific models that come with the purchase of the home. They are:

  • 2019 White Aston Martin Vantage with red interior (limited edition)
  • 2016 Ultraviolet Porsche GT3 RS
  • 2015 Blue McLaren 650S
  • 1988 Red Ferrari Testarossa

Three of them are visible in this angle of the car showroom that has room for a total of seven cars. The showroom can also be used as an immersive theater experience with three Barco projectors and a 58 foot screen.

Here’s a look at that Fendi kitchen with Miele appliances, illuminated vein cut ivory onyx islands, a walk-in pantry and drawers lined with alligator leather. Listing agent Sally Forster Jones said of the property “The finishes were hand selected from around the globe and were meticulously placed throughout the home with the highest attention to detail.”

Outside the pebble-surrounded pool as a shallow area for lounging in the water while a nearby shaded overhang lets you be outdoors while staying out of the sun.

Here’s a view of how the interior walls were designed to have a full view of the courtyard and mature olive tree.

The dining room sits on a raised level with another crystal chandelier as the centerpiece.

The lower level has this porcelain bar with Vissionnaire bar stools (not visible in this photo). You can see a glimpse of the television on the wall which measures 16 by 6.5 feet.

Besides the outdoor pool there is also this secluded lounging area with dipping tub.

The master bedroom is over 3,000 square feet with a matching custom head board and chaise lounge. There are two attached bathrooms (with Antolini stone and marble, as well as design elements decked out in crocodile leather).

The home also comes with a sauna made from Alaskan woods, wine storage for over 200 hundred bottles, Pro Audio surround sound, and a high-end Delos wellness system, often used for commercial-grade and hotel properties, which enhances the air, water and lighting throughout the home.

The home comes on the market tomorrow listed by agents Sally Forster JonesJanet Muradian, and Shauna Walters of Compass.
